Already licensed
You passed the exam. Then nobody showed you what to do.
This page is short on purpose, because if you are already licensed you do not need the licensing lecture. You need to know whether we are worth a call.
Straight answer first
We are a fit for one kind of licensed agent, and not the other.
Worth a call if you
- Got licensed and never wrote consistently
- Signed a contract and then never heard from anyone
- Have never actually watched someone run a full appointment
- Know the product but freeze on the phone
- Are coming back after time out of the business
Not worth your time if you
- Are producing well and shopping for a better contract
- Want a higher level and nothing else
- Are looking for free leads
- Do not want anyone listening to your calls
We would rather put that second column on the page than waste an hour of your time on a call. If you are already writing good business, there are agencies that can beat us on contract today and we will tell you so.
What changes for you
You skip most of it.
The licensing path on the main careers page is for people starting from zero. Almost none of it applies to you.
Straight to contracting
No course, no exam, no fingerprints. Carrier appointments and errors and omissions cover, then you are able to write. Usually about a week, mostly waiting on carriers.
Training you can skip parts of
If you already know the product, we get to the phone faster. The five shadow calls stay, because they are the part almost nobody has actually had.
The same daily contact
Thirty days of daily contact applies to you too. Being licensed is not the same as being supported, and the second one is what we are for.
The same honesty about money
You buy your own leads. We will tell you where your contract starts and what moves it, on the call, before you commit to anything.
One more thing
Bring your questions about the last place.
Most licensed agents we talk to are not really asking about products or contracts. They are asking why it did not work last time, and whether it would be different here.
That is a fair question and we would rather spend the call on it than on a pitch.
Book a callThings you should know
Faldex Financial LLC contracts with independent agents. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment, and there is no salary, no benefits, and no guaranteed income. Agents are paid commission on policies that are issued and paid, and commissions are subject to chargeback if a policy lapses early. Agents are responsible for their own licensing costs, errors and omissions coverage, taxes, and business expenses, including the cost of leads. Income depends on individual effort, licensing status, and carrier appointment, and results vary. Nothing on this page is an offer of employment or a promise of earnings. Opportunity availability varies by state and by carrier. Licensing fees and requirements are set by each state and change over time; confirm current figures with your state insurance department before relying on them.
