Our careers pages are for people interested in becoming independent agents contracted with Faldex. This is an independent contractor opportunity and not employment, so an enquiry through those pages is not a job application and we do not treat it as one.

We use what you send us to contact you about the opportunity, to work out whether it is a fit, and to guide you through licensing and contracting if you decide to go ahead. Where you consent, that contact may be by phone, text, and email.

If you go on to contract with us, we share the information needed to complete that process with the insurance carriers appointing you, with our upline organisation, and with the licensing and contracting services used in this industry. We do not sell applicant information and we do not share it with lead buyers or advertisers.

If you decide not to go ahead, tell us and we will stop contacting you. We keep a limited record of the enquiry and of your consent so we can show we handled it properly, and to honour any request to stop hearing from us.

Do Not Call

We honor federal and state Do Not Call rules. If you ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, we will stop marketing calls to your number.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not contract agents under 18.
